This game can double as a fundraiser/service project—and involves collecting aluminum can pop-tops. The group can either collect cans (roadside beautification or drop-site works best) or bring in pop-tops and place them in a receptacle.
After you have collected several thousand pop-tops, divide the group into teams and divvy up the inventory. In 15 to 30 minutes, each team is charged with creating a work of art from the pop-tops. Additional items for each team for this endeavor might include: a ball of twine, glue sticks, small dowel rod(s), posterboard, a bed sheet or fingerpaints.
Challenge the teams to create a work of art that could be displayed for a short time, and then recycle or cash in your aluminum inventory as a fundraiser.
