Finally is the operative word that sums up this amazing read for guys of all ages. After years of enduring devotionals for guys that feel churchy, we finally can offer something meaty for young men and older men to sink their teeth into together. These 16 true stories of defining moments not only sum up the experiences of all sorts of peopl from all walks of life, but they will push the rigth buttons inside of emerging men to help them better decide who they will become.
Keep in mind this is still definitively a “God” book in that it will ask questions that track back to faith. However, the raw situations and gritty debriefing it offers will speak to Christians, as well as non-Christians.
My greatest hope is that churches with men’s ministries will embrace this as a way to invest in younger generations.
