R&B star Chris Brown didn’t just score a top 10 hit with his song “Forever.” He also made the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. very, very happy.
Turns out, “Forever” is a commercial—an extended version of a jingle Brown wrote to promote Wrigley’s Doublemint gum. Wrigley hired Brown and a couple other A-list musical acts to freshen up the company’s image: Country crooner Julianne Hough updated Juicy Fruit’s catchy “the taste is gonna move you” ditty, and R&B artist Ye-No has offered his take on Big Red.
