This is an easy indoor game that will require a bit of thought, as well as preparation. From your pantry at home, clip a dozen or so food nutrition labels from the backs of boxes, cans, etc. Keep track of which label belongs to which food (corn, spaghetti, olives, etc.), but make sure there are no identifying names on the labels.
For the game, spread the labels on a countertop or table, give each teen a piece of paper and pencil, and see who can identify the most foods based solely on the nutrition labels alone. This is also a good game to keep in your emergency kit when you have a rainy day or have to create a game on the fly.
