Best Attendance is an easy way for youth ministers to take attendance, share event calendars, and update membership rosters online.
The software has been in use by youth ministries since 2003. The previous version of the software had to be downloaded from the Internet and could only be used on a single computer. The new online version, released in January, contains many new features, and allows youth ministers to access the system from any computer with an Internet connection.
Youth ministers can set up a computer at their meeting location and let students securely sign themselves in as they arrive. Event calendars can be published online, and customizable reports let you see attendance trends and make sure that none of your students are at risk of falling behind.
