I particularly enjoyed the final chapter that helps readers identify their deepest values and priorities in life. At times, Fresh Start seems slow to the point and heavy on self-help principles that mirror many other resources of its kind but overall is a good read. No matter what pit we find ourselves in, this book will start us down the path toward a “God-given fresh start.”
