Friends for Life
Grizzly Adams
Grizzly Adams Productions, 2010, 90 minutes, $19.95
Although Friends for Life makes an attempt to tell a story of great loss and how God can use that for good, you’ll have a tough time getting any teenager to sit down and watch this movie.
Friends tells the story of one man’s struggle with the death of his wife and picking up the pieces in his grief and pain. With the help of an angel and some unlikely friends (a pack of wolves) he begins the path to healing, recovery and his true calling.
While the movie offers an awesome look at scenery and wildlife, it has some teachings with which your tribe may or may not agree. Honestly, I doubt you’ll have any takers in your student ministry for this one. I give it one star.
