For this learning game you will need a globe—and is best played by a small group or as a prelude to a more intimate time of prayer. Invite each of the teens to spin the globe, and as it is spinning, to stop the spin by placing a finger on the globe at random. Where the finger is pointed, invite the small group to offer insights of thanksgiving or prayer for that specific nation or part of the world and the people who live there. Some of these thanksgivings may involve gratitude for the dress, music, cuisine or culture of the people who inhabit that part of the world. Prayers also may be lifted up for peace and God’s blessing in that region.
