This is an indoor game that requires no set up or preparation. Here’s how it works: Invite a volunteer to inspect an area of the room carefully (an office desktop, bookshelves or kitchen works well for this). Then, after the volunteer has stepped out of the room, remove an item (from the desktop, bookshelf, etc.) and hide it. When the volunteer returns, he or she must determine what item has been removed (stapler, telephone, pencil holder, etc.). This is a game you can play many times, and it works well with smaller groups or classes.
