“When it comes to ministry there are often people, places or things that will pop up to pull our attention away from direction God has pointed us. So often in ministry we will become preoccupied by them to the point that they cause us to lose focus on what is really important. Those distractions will many times cause us to become short sighted and closed to the needs around us. As leaders we will fail to see the big picture in the wake of our distractions … “
