The idea of mentoring seems like a good one, but the specifics of how it actually works are often vague. This was Regi Campbell’s experience with mentoring. In Mentor Like Jesus, he provides a structured model for starting a mentorship program.
Campbell shares his own stories of mentoring and suggests that Christ used a similar ministry model. He covers the specifics of how to assemble a group and ideas of how to utilize time with mentorees. One of his past mentors ends each chapter with his perspective as a mentoree of the topics being covered.
