This is a variation of the classic game musical chairs. But for this version, air-filled balloons (of the same size) will be needed.  Make sure to have enough balloons on hand for your group size.  Play like musical chairs, but use the balloons instead. When the music stops, each player must sit on his/her balloon and pop it.  Last balloon to pop is out of the game for that round. Play continues until one remains.
