Notice, he also mocked the reporter who asked the question, said the new anti-smoking law isn’t for him but for others, then dodged the question, “How many cigarettes a day do you now smoke?” by saying, “Am I a daily smoker and constant smoker? No.”
So he could be a daily smoker, but not that AND a constant smoker. He also compared smoking to alcoholism. Of course, no followers in the press corps would dare challenge his series of odd, hypocritical and contradictory statements on smoking.
