We continually are adding new names to our stable of writers. As one might imagine, they often want to know if, when and how they’ll be compensated! Here’s the lowdown:
For those articles that we actually solicit and/or assign, payment arrangements will be established at the time an assignment is accepted by the writer. We will need you to complete a W9, which you can scan and email to ALee@SalemPublishing.com or snail mail to Amy Lee, 402 BNA Dr., Ste. 400, Nashville, TN 37217 or fax to 615.315.4266.
It is easier to be published online than it is in print simply because print is limited by time and space. However, we currently do not pay for online-only content with the exception of special assignments. If your article is selected for the print journal, we will pay the standard rates that apply based on article type.
Don’t forget to review the Writer Guidelines and Themes. Whether you want to explore one or more of the given themes or write about an area that does not fit into our current themes, you can send a proposal to Writers@YouthWorker.com.
If you have questions, feel free to email us at Writers@YouthWorker.com, as well.
