Rebecca St. James, one of contemporary Christian music’s most consistently globally outreaching touring artists, kicked off her latest European tour Saturday, June 7, with a concert that was streamed worldwide from one of the Euro-continent’s biggest Christian festivals — “Frenzy ‘08” in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Expected to draw upwards of 10,000 concert-goers, the concert was streamed live on the Internet from Highland Hall in Edinburgh through the technical involvement of GOD-TV’s European broadcast crew.
Sharing the stage with St. James at “Frenzy ‘08” was an all-star line up that included David Crowder Band, Leeland, Chris Tomlin, Phil Wickman, and Delirious?
Following her debut in Edinburgh, Rebecca and entourage are staging major concerts and festival appearances in the UK, Norway, Italy, Switzerland and Austria during the next two weeks.
A Grammy and multi-Dove winner, Australian born St. James’ music is distributed worldwide by EMI.
