Acquire a long roll of butcher paper for this game and invite each person in the youth group to create a cape (similar to Superman’s cape) that each can attach to his or her back with masking tape. Once everyone has created a cape, give each person a marker. The purpose of this game is for each person in the group to write something positive (an affirmation, observation, appreciation, etc.) on the back of each person’s cape. This game is perfect for creating a positive spirit in a group or at the beginning of a retreat or a staff meeting.
