This game can be played on a rainy day and makes a fun retreat or overnight option. Take a photo of your youth group (or mission team, retreat participants, etc.) and then have a poster-sized photo made. These are relatively inexpensive (PosterDog.com or discount department store).
Next, cut the image into pieces, creating a large jigsaw puzzle which the group must then reassemble on a table top. You can play this game in teams (if you have more than one photo) or as a group-builder. This game also makes an excellent object lesson lead-in to a talk on friendship or the church.
