The book and companion DVD offer a very in-depth look at the philosophy of youth ministry. While it could overwhelm new recruits, that’s better than being unprepared or ineffective. The DVD clips feel stiff, but they’re full of practical wisdom about discipling teenagers.
This resource is a good out-of-the-box solution for youth workers who need to train their team in the art of being a youth ministry volunteer.
