Writing from a secure country, orphans here are suffering from hunger and poverty. They face developmental delays due to severe malnutrition. Meeting their physical needs for food, clothing and shelter opens doors for sharing the gospel in one of the most difficult populations to access.
This people group is extremely isolated from the outside world. Opportunities for them to hear the gospel are rate. However, providing food and meeting other practical needs of orphaned children such as giving them school supplies, clothing and improving their living facilities via simple gifts can make dramatic differences in their lives.
This mountainous region is beautiful, but also endures harsh winters and non-arable land. Recent famines and natural disasters have made farming difficult, leaving local food supplies limited.

Pray
• Pray for the support of the suffering and severely malnourished orphans. Many supporters’ continuous contributions and cooperation is needed for the effective delivery and monitoring process.
• Pray for food for hungry orphans and physical needs for clothing, medicine, school supplies and improved living conditions.
• Food: rice, flour, corn, powdered milk, corn oil, sugar, etc.
• Clothing: clothing, warm underwear, socks, shoes, etc.
• Health care: medicine, vitamins, etc.
• Help in improving living conditions: dorm floor of room, kitchen facilities, bathroom, solar water system and setup, etc.
• Other necessities: soap, soap powder, school supplies, sporting equipment, etc.
• Ask that more doors be opened for us to help more children. Ask for them to hear the gospel through ongoing access to this extremely isolated area. Ask for people’s security and obedience to God’s will and that His will be done.
