According to a new report, 80 percent of children under the age of 5 used the Internet regularly. Some of these tech-savvy toddlers play games online, while others watch video clips. No word on how many put together PowerPoint presentations, but we must assume that’ll be part of a later study. Still, as much as very young children enjoy their Internet, more toddlers still prefer the screens on their televisions than those on their computers. Nearly half said the television was their favorite entertainment medium, beating out everything from computers to books. (Time)
