A frustrated mother has invented an app that makes it impossible for kids to ignore their parents’ calls. Called “Ignore No More,” the $1.99 app (available on Android) gives parents the ability to shut down a teen’s phone unless they call home, one of their parents’ cells or, in a pinch, 911. (Time)
