Whether they’re connected to our computers, televisions or smartphones, we love our screens. We’ve also seen scads of studies suggesting that spending a lot of time in front of them isn’t particularly healthy.
Now, add a new one to the stack. According to research from The Arctic University of Norway, teen boys who have two or more hours of screen time have lower bone mineral density in their necks. In other words, researchers speculate all that screen time may make bones weaker.
