Teens love their cellphones…so much so, in fact, that many of them don’t stop using them even when they’re behind the wheel.

About 45 percent of 16- and 17-year-olds admit to having texted in the past 30 days while driving, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. More striking is that half of those same teens admit to chatting on their phones while driving. (Philly.com)
