According to a study by the Guttmacher Institute, teen sexual activity continues to drop.

About two-thirds of high school students say they’re currently abstinent, though sexual activity grows as the teens age. About 79 percent of ninth graders say they’re not having sex, compared to a little more than half of high school seniors.

More encouraging is the fact that 6 percent of teens say they had sex by their 15th birthday. Last year, the rate found by Guttmacher was twice as high. (The Heritage Network)
